Todd Marcus, also known as "The Shockster," is a Piston Cup racer from Pixar's Cars universe who first appears in Cars and returns in Cars 3. He competed for the No Stall team with the memorable number 123, a nod to his easy-to-remember favorite sequence, until he was replaced by Jonas Carvers later in his career. In Cars, Todd races steadily through the Dinoco 400 before becoming caught up in a large multi-car crash triggered by Chick Hicks, yet he manages to get back on track and finish mid-pack. By Cars 3, he briefly returns to the circuit before the sport's shift toward next-generation racers ends his time as a competitor.
