Otis is a lovable minor character from Cars 2, depicted as a light blue, rust-worn 1972 Shyster Cremlin "lemon" who constantly breaks down on the road. He first appears stranded on the way to Radiator Springs, where Mater generously tows him in for repairs, and despite his frequent mechanical troubles, Otis remains kind-hearted and appreciative of Mater's help. Unlike other lemons, he isn't villainous, he simply wants to enjoy the open road, even if his engine often betrays him.
