Morgan Martins is a white ambulance who works for the 17th Rescue Race Division in Pixar's Cars 3. Painted with blue stripes and a 17th Rescue Race Div. badge on his sides, he is tasked with providing emergency support during Piston Cup events. Morgan first appears at the Los Angeles 500 at Los Angeles International Speedway, seen attending the aftermath of Lightning McQueen's crash, and later is present during pre-race press interviews at the Florida 500 held at Florida International Super Speedway.

For years, Morgan Martins was believed to only appear in the crash aftermath scene, until 2025 when he was identified in two additional scenes. He was also the third character in the diecast line originally released as a Super Chase to receive a separate variant, following Frosty Winterbumper and Vitaly Petrov, making him a rare and collectible figure for fans of the franchise.
